My ranked fight hasn't settled yet — is it stuck?
Ranked fights are judged on our servers in batches, so results can take a few minutes to arrive — up to about seven is normal. If a fight is still unsettled after fifteen minutes, that's worth an email.
I enlisted a robot but it isn't on the leaderboard.
Every robot passes inspection before it enters the ladder. The usual reasons a machine is turned away: it has no wheels, its program uses a Brawler behaviour without a Compass tracker on board, or parts aren't welded flush. Adjust the build and enlist again — inspection is instant.
I reinstalled the app and my career progress is gone.
Career progress (your garage, league campaign, and owned parts) lives on your device, so a reinstall clears it. Everything arena-side — enlisted robots, ratings, match history, and your scrap wallet — is tied to your account and comes back the moment you sign in.
I was signed out unexpectedly.
Sessions renew about once a month. Signing back in restores your robots and history exactly as you left them.
Both robots lost their weapons in the first seconds and the judges called it.
When two spinners meet head-on, the opening exchange can shear both weapons — the judges then score what's left. It's brutal, but it's the physics being honest. Robots that vary their approach angle, or lead with a wedge instead of a blade, live longer.
How do I delete my account?
In the game: ARENA → account panel → DELETE ACCOUNT. Deletion is permanent — it redacts your identity and retires your robots from the ladder. Details in the privacy policy.
